Job Responsibilities:
Answer support calls and able to troubleshoot computers with overseas clients; both hardware & software such as Lotus Notes, MS Outlook, Windows XP, wireless connectivity, networking, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work on shift in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Fresh grads are also welcome.
